IMMEDIATE RELEASE
The Lambda Delta Sigma Chapter is adamant about providing effective and meaningful service to our communities, while still promoting and advancing our organizational ideal of brotherhood. To that point, the Chapter, in collaboration with the Delta Sigma Sigma Chapter of Delaware County (PA) will be engaging in a “State Line Happy Hour and Essentials Drive” on Friday, January 10th.
As the founders of Phi Beta Sigma deeply wished to provide an organization representative of an inclusive nature, brothers of these two great chapters will be collaborating to collect items necessary for men in our communities who may not have the essentials to endure the brutal winter months.
What will the chapter be collecting?
- Hats
- Gloves
- Scarves
- Socks
- Underwear/T-Shirts
- Hand Warmers
- New/Gently Used Clothing/Coats
- Toiletries
Wish to help? Join us at Embers Lounge at the Crowne Plaza Wilmington North on Friday, January 10th. This event will begin at 5pm, with food/drink specials and a special gift for the first 50 donations.
