On Saturday, May 18th, the Lambda Delta Sigma Chapter, in conjunction with Sorors of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc., Epsilon Rho Zeta Chapter, engaged in what is sure to become a regular occurrence: the Blue and White Family Day of Service.
Both organizations, called upon the task of maintaining significant stretches for their Adopt-a-Highway initiatives, joined forces to successfully complete the task.
Both organizations were accompanied by collegiate members, with Sorors of the Chi Theta Chapter assisting on the “first leg” of duty, and Brothers of the Kappa Eta Chapter providing their talents to the second half. A daunting assignment was made reasonable with the presence of willing, capable, and committed workers.
The combined effort comes as part of the national organizational focus, as 2019 has been officially dubbed “The Year of the Blue and White Family.” Continue to follow us through this site or any of our social media outlets for more updates.
