The Lambda Delta Sigma Chapter of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc. is proud to announce that Bro. Dale Harris has been appointed Delaware State Director by the Honorable Brother Devon M. Henry, the 26th Eastern Regional Director. Bro. Director Harris was initiated into the Alpha Alpha Alpha Chapter in 1980 on the campus of Virginia State University and is a charter member and current member of our great chapter, Lambda Delta Sigma.
